JLL Names New Vice President in Fort Worth

JLL appointed David Berzina as vice president. He is the former head of economic development of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and in his new role he will be responsible for site selection and the company's economic development strategy.

JLL appointed David Berzina as vice president within the company’s office in Fort Worth, Texas. In this new role, he will provide in-depth knowledge and insights to the firm’s client base, including site selection and economic development strategy.

In August 2016, Berzina founded InsightsEDC, a company that provides services to both the public and private sectors in support of economic growth. Prior to this, he served as the head of economic development for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. He also held various positions at Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce and Cornerstone Alliance. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for more than 26 million square feet of construction, $6.3 billion in capital investment, 35,000 jobs and more than $1.5 billion in annual payroll.
