JLL Expands Houston Office Leasing Team

JLL has appointed Scott Fikes as senior vice president of the office agency leasing team in Houston. In his new position, Fikes will be responsible for leasing commercial office properties throughout the Houston metropolitan area. His practice will focus on representing building owners in the marketing and leasing of their office space.

With more than 14 years of commercial real estate and office leasing experience, Fikes is an industry veteran who has been representing both owners and occupiers. Prior to joining JLL, he served as vice president at Avison Young, where he was a member of the firm’s tenant representation and agency leasing group. Before his time there, Fikes was an office tenant rep broker at Grubb & Ellis.

Fikes holds a bachelor of business administration from Texas A&M University and is a former board member of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA).
