Howard Hughes Corp. Wraps Up 2nd Vegas Mid-Rise

Law firm Greenberg Traurig has already leased 16,000 square feet at the six-story property, with another tenant slated to move in this month.

The Howard Hughes Corp. has finished work on Two Summerlin, a 144,574-square-foot, Class A office building in suburban Las Vegas. According to Yardi Matrix data, CBRE is the leasing broker for the mid-rise building.  

Located at 10845 Griffith Peak Drive, the six-story Two Summerlin is steps away from more than 125 shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, the City National Arena-NHL practice facility and the future Las Vegas Ballpark. The property offers views of downtown, the Vegas Strip, Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon. The property includes 506 parking spaces, controlled access and two elevators.

International law firm Greenberg Traurig has leased 16,000 square feet on the top floor. According to Las Vegas Review Journal, accounting firm RSM US will also be moving in the building this month. The company intends to occupy roughly 11,000 square feet.

The building is The Howard Hughes Corp.’s second Class A office building in the Summerlin submarket. In 2014, the company opened One Summerlin, a 197,080-square-foot property.
