Hilton added a new destination in Las Vegas, a 158-key Homewood Suites hotel. The property is owned and managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Management Co. and was developed by Heritage Inn and Suites of Las Vegas LLC.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center is located at 4625 Dean Martin Drive, half a mile from the Strip and next to Interstate 15. It is near all of Las Vegas’ convention centers. McCarran International Airport is about ten minutes away from the hotel. In addition to all the casinos and entertainment located on the Strip, guests are also able to easily reach a plethora of restaurants and shopping centers along the Las Vegas Boulevard as well as several golf courses situated about half an hour away.

Hotel amenities

The hotel offers studios and one- and two-bedroom options, with separate sleeping and living areas. Each of them features a kitchen, a work desk and complimentary daily breakfast. The Suite Shop is open 24 hours a day, offering snacks and meals. A fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and a 660-square-foot meeting room are also available.

Earlier this year, the hospitality company in partnership with Blackstone, acquired The Elara, a 1,201-key luxury resort in Las Vegas.
