Hilton Garden Inn Unveils 6 Prototype Hotels

In developing the models, the brand incorporated feedback from developers, owners, guests and team members from around the world.

McClean, Va.—Hilton Garden Inn unveiled its revamped hotel design approach that provides six customizable hotel prototype options, one for each region the brand operates: North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Australia.

The North American prototype, known as Magnolia, is designed for reducing footprint by eight percent, making it easier to acquire land and building sites; providing sizable cost efficiencies, with a six percent reduction in construction costs and yielding a strong return on investment.

Magnolia will offer guests a modular, pod-style check-in area, reconfigured public spaces, redefined meeting spaces with multi-functional features, guestrooms with nature-inspired design and larger bathrooms, more natural light throughout the hotel and the option of including a swimming pool.

In developing the prototypes, Hilton Garden Inn incorporated feedback from hotel developers, owners, guests and team members from around the world. The result is a framework for each region that is flexible enough to incorporate customizable options that meet financial and marketplace needs.
