Cushman & Wakefield has assisted DFJ East Properties LLC in the sale of Miami 25 @ MIC, a 77,820-square-foot small-bay flex industrial property. The asset traded for nearly $8.6 million.

Located between 3901-3977 NW 25th and 3900-3960 NW 26th streets in Miami, the property is located near Miami Intermodal Center and just 1.7 miles east of Miami International Airport. MIC is a multi-modal ground transportation hub encompassing Miami Central Station, Miami-Dade County’s first ground transportation hub connecting Tri-Rail, Metrorail, MIA Mover, Greyhound and local bus lines, as well as the Rental Car Center.

Situated on a roughly 3.4-acre site, the property was 92.3 percent leased at the time of sale. The tenant roster includes Fastenal, Doral Services and Planetcare, among others.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Miguel Alcivar, Wayne Ramoski, Dominic Montazemi, Scott O’Donnell and Gian Rodriguez represented the seller in the transaction.

Montazemi and O’Donnell were also part of the Cushman & Wakefield team that arranged the nearly $12 million sale of a Florida industrial park earlier this month.
