Crescent Hotels & Resorts to Run Courtyard by Marriott ABQ
The 150-guestroom hotel is located in the heart of the Journal Center Business Park, close to numerous golf courses, wildlife parks and museums.

The Courtyard by Marriott Albuquerque is now under Crescent Hotels & Resorts’ management. The recently renovated 150-key hotel is located in the Journal Center Business Park at 5151 Journal Center Blvd.
The facility’s new design and décor reflects Duke City’s Native American heritage, with many rooms offering open-air balconies. Its location provides easy access to various golf courses, wildlife parks and museums, including the New Mexico Museum of Natural History, Albuquerque Aquarium and Rio Grande Zoo.
Amenities include a bistro restaurant that offers full-service dining, an indoor pool, a fitness center, full-service business center, 4,000 square feet of venue space, a large landscaped courtyard, hotel-hosted events and private events.
