Copra Holdings Buys Houston-Area Storage
The company expanded its portfolio with 256 storage units in Magnolia, Texas. Bellomy & Co. represented the buyer in the transaction.
Bear Branch Boat & RV Storage
Copra Holdings LLC has acquired Bear Branch Boat & RV Storage, a 96,810-square-foot storage asset in Magnolia, Texas, for $3.94 million, according to Yardi Matrix. Bellomy & Co. represented the buyer in the transaction, while CSD Realty worked on behalf of the Magnolia-based seller. The sale was subject to a $3.2 million acquisition and development loan provided by Independent Bank, Yardi Matrix data shows.
Located at 33110 Egypt Lane, the facility is near Interstate 45 and approximately 40 miles from downtown Houston. Additionally, the storage is situated about 32 miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Built in four phases between 2002 and 2006, the 14-building facility occupies 6.1 acres and comprises 256 enclosed and partially opened boat & RV units. Other services include on-site management and 24-hour access.
Bellomy & Co.’s brokerage team included Principals Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson. The team’s most recent deals include the sale of Preferred Self Storage, a 57,825-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Dallas, Texas.
