Commonwealth Commercial Names Property Management SVP

Paul Harnett, senior vice president & director of property management, Commonwealth Commercial

Commonwealth Commercial Partners has hired Paul Harnett as the firm’s senior vice president & director of property management. In this role, he will coordinate and oversee the company’s 15 million-square-foot asset management portfolio across the country.

Harnett possesses more than 20 years of real estate experience, most recently working as a managing director with Gemini Real Estate Advisors in Charlotte, N.C. He previously held senior property management positions with Madison Marquette, Kane Realty Corp., Related Cos. and The Rouse Co. Throughout his career, Harnett has overseen 40.8 million square feet with a value of approximately $7 billion.

“Paul will play a key role in providing and implementing innovative and high-quality solutions for our new and existing clients as we look to strengthen our property management division and expand its reach nationwide,” Ken Strickler, president of Commonwealth Commercial, said in a prepared statement.
