Choice Opens 2 NC Hotels
The new locations in Charlotte and Matthews each offer 122 keys, as well as convenient access to and from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
WoodSpring Suites Charlotte Matthews
Choice Hotels International Inc. teamed up with Brookwood Hotels and Nationwide Hotel Management Co. to open two North Carolina hotels. The two properties, WoodSpring Suites Charlotte Northlake, located at 9420 Statesville Road in Charlotte, and WoodSpring Suites Charlotte Mathews, situated at 1424 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in Matthews, each offer 122 keys.
The four-story properties are close to downtown Charlotte and offer convenient access to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Additionally, various shopping, dining and entertainment venues, as well as major corporations, including Bank of America Financial Center, Duke Energy, NASCAR, Microsoft and Wells Fargo, are nearby.
The properties include amenities such as:
- free Wi-Fi
- laundry facilities
- in-room kitchen/kitchenettes
- free parking
- fitness center
- coffee station
“Charlotte is the largest city in the Carolinas and home to some of the country’s most distinguished financial institutions, medical centers and universities, each of which generates a healthy demand for extended stay accommodations,” Ron Burgett, vice president of franchise development, WoodSpring Suites, Choice Hotels, said in a prepared statement.
