Choice Hotels Opens Southwest FL WoodSpring Suites
The 123-key extended-stay hotel is the newest addition to the brand’s Florida portfolio. The developer, Gold Coast Premier Properties, plans to open several WoodSpring Suites in three states.
WoodSpring Suites Naples
Choice Hotels International Inc., together with developer Gold Coast Premier Properties, opened the extended-stay WoodSpring Suites Naples in Florida. This is the second WoodSpring Suites property developed by Gold Coast, following WoodSpring Suites Miami Southwest.
Located at 3786 Whitelake Blvd., the 123-key hotel is conveniently situated near several local points of interest such as Florida Gulf Coast University, Health Management Associates, Physicians Regional Medical Group and the future Collier County Sports Complex. The property is 8 miles from the Naples Municipal Airport, while the Southwest Florida International Airport is roughly 32 miles away. The four-story hotel features three different types of suites that can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include an in-room kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a coffee station, laundry room and free parking.

The developer’s future projects include opening more WoodSpring Suites hotels in Florida, as well as California, North and South Carolina. Last year, North Carolina became home to two WoodSpring Suites properties.
