CBRE Selects New Retail SVP

Spencer Levy leaves behind his tenure at RKF Retail Holdings, stepping up as CBRE's senior vice president of retail advisory & transactional services in New York City.

After recently appointing a retail vice president in South Florida, CBRE has hired Spencer Levy as its senior vice president of retail advisory and transactional services. In his new role, he will provide leasing and consulting services for landlords and tenants in New York City.

Spencer has entrenched himself in the restaurant and hospitality business and comes with a stellar track record of exceeding the expectations of both users and owners in this important subset of the retail industry,” CBRE Senior Managing Director, Northeast Retail Division, Ellen Rudin said in a prepared statement.

Prior to joining the firm, Levy worked as a senior managing director at RKF Retail Holdings, where he helped close multiple restaurant leases. His client portfolio includes Hines, United American Land, RFR Realty and Simon Property Group. He holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He is also a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in the state of New York.
