CBRE Global Investors Taps New Senior Managing Director

Scott Spalding will be responsible for business development with financial intermediaries and investment advisors who assist high net worth investors.

CBRE Global Investors has appointed Scott Spalding as senior managing director & head of High Net Worth Private Markets for the Americas. Spalding will be responsible for business development with financial intermediaries and investment advisors who assist high net worth investors achieve their investment objectives. 

Spalding has nearly two decades of experience and extensive skills in debt and real estate-related investments, strategic relationship management, fundraising and building businesses. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as executive vice president at PIMCO, where Spalding was tasked with initiating, expanding and leading the company’s private markets fundraising efforts with wirehouses and global private banks. He also led the relationship management effort for a number of key intermediary relationships, and led a team dedicated to serving the investment needs of trust firms.
