CBRE announced the promotion of Ryan Reethof to Senior Associate, bringing the team to four full-time investment experts. He will work alongside Will Yowell, Justin Parsonnet and Jay O’Meara in the Office Institutional Properties Group in Atlanta, serving clients throughout the Southeast. CBRE’s South Florida team also added four new real estate professionals recently.

“Ryan has a great work ethic, strong analytical skills and has a good eye for what makes a successful real estate transaction. We are excited to promote him to Senior Associate. He has been an integral part of the team as a lead analyst and will continue to serve the investment network, now on the production side of the business. He has a bright future at CBRE,” Will Yowell, vice chairman of the Office Institutional Properties Group, said in a prepared statement.

Five years of experience

After a few internships at companies in the industry, Reethof joined CBRE in 2012 as an analyst within the Office Capital Markets team. Since then, he valued over $8 billion in institutional office real estate. The University of Georgia graduate is the recipient of multiple awards such as the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s CRE Up and Comers award, NAIOP Future Leaders award in 2015, as well as internal CBRE honors.

“I joined CBRE with the intention of one day moving to a producer role, and I’m glad to now have the opportunity. The market insight I gained as an analyst will absolutely help me to advise our clients in making their real estate investment decisions,” Reethof said in prepared remarks.
