Avison Young to Lease The Edison Pembroke Pines

The third of TPA Group’s creative office campus concept will encompass two office buildings and a 5,000-square-foot central amenity structure.

TPA Group retained Avison Young as the exclusive leasing team for The Edison Pembroke Pines, a proposed creative office park totaling 330,000 square feet of Class A space in Pembroke Pines, Fla. Avison Young Principal Greg Martin and Vice President Justin Cope will lead marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of the Atlanta-based developer.

The property will encompass two office buildings and a 5,000-square-foot central amenity building located along Interstate 75 at SW 145th Avenue, in close proximity to The Shoppes at Pembroke Gardens, a 400,000-square-foot lifestyle center. The three-story buildings will feature high ceilings, large windows, indoor and outdoor collaboration areas and 24/7 access. Further amenities will include ample surface parking and a central clubhouse with access to a fitness center, general meeting space and a café.

TPA Group’s third creative office campus concept will be built in two phases, maintaining the style used in the Alpharetta, Ga., and Lake Mary, Fla., developments, all dubbed “The Edison”. The design of the projects combines efficiency and creativity to accommodate tenant requirements and fit the needs of corporate headquarters, shared workspaces and traditional administrative businesses.

“The Edison Pembroke Pines is positioned to be the alternative for those large corporate users looking to take advantage of all of the amenities and services that are provided at this location,” said Cope, in prepared remarks.
