Atlanta’s One Glenlake Reaches Full Occupancy

Regus signed a 130-month lease renewal and expansion, which includes the company's current 26,720-square-foot space across the seventh floor, with the addition of 12,923 square feet on the sixth.

Columbia Property Trust Inc. signed a lease renewal and expansion with Regus to occupy 39,643 square feet at One Glenlake Parkway in Atlanta. 

Regus’ 130-month lease will include the company’s current 26,720-square-foot space across the seventh floor, with the addition of 12,923 square feet on the sixth. The company will use the space to open its newest Atlanta location of Spaces, Regus’ full service, creative working environment. 

This, plus another 7,141-square-foot lease signed for the remaining available suite at the Central Perimeter office tower, brings the building to 100 percent occupancy. Columbia’s entire 1.7 million-square-foot Atlanta office portfolio, which also includes Three Glenlake and Lindbergh Center, is now 100 percent leased, as well. 

The Regus renewal and expansion comes month after Columbia announced the completion of 92,000 square feet of leasing for five new tenants at the property, including a new 66,000-square-foot lease with Cotiviti. Columbia recently completed the $3 million modernization of One Glenlake, which included the renovation of common areas and installation of high-end finishes.
