From mixed-use projects to mergers, the sixth annual CPE Distinguished Achievement Awards represent some of the most innovative, savvy and sustainable projects, programs and transactions of 2015. For 2016, the awards program recognized 10 projects, programs and transactions in six categories—Best Lease, Best Sale, Best Financial Structure, Best Development, Best Design and Most Innovative Corporate Strategy.
