Park Hyatt Brand to Debut in Mexico

Two new luxury hotels in Los Cabos and Mexico City are scheduled to open in late 2020 and early 2021, respectively. Both will feature guestrooms and residences.

Hyatt Hotels Corp. unveiled plans for two new luxury hotels in Los Cabos and Mexico City, Mexico, operating under the Park Hyatt brand. These hotels mark the debut of the brand in Mexico. 

Located within Cabo del Sol, a master-planned golf resort community, Park Hyatt Los Cabos will feature 162 guestrooms and 28 Park Hyatt Residences across a 26-acre site. The hotel is slated for completion in late 2020. 

All the Details

Developed through a joint venture with Grupo Sordo Madaleno, the Park Hyatt Mexico City will be a part of a mixed-use development in the neighborhood of Polanco. The building will feature 155 guestrooms and 23 Park Hyatt Residences. The hotel is scheduled to be completed by early 2021.

Earlier this year, Park Hyatt opened a Banana Bay hotel, a 133-key Hyatt located  on the South East Peninsula of the Caribbean Island.
