ClearRock Properties and Juster Properties have inked three new leases and one lease renewal at One Dock Street in Stamford, Conn. Amherst Pierpont, Six One Commodities, DXT Commodities and G3 Architects leased a combined 8,800 square feet of space at the modern loft office building.

The 86,000-square-foot, six-story property was originally built as a mill in 1885 and was converted to office use in 1984, Yardi Matrix shows. Situated at 1 Dock Street, the asset is two blocks from the Metro North train station and Interstate 95.

A Newmark Knight Frank team of Tim Rorick and Jack McDermott represented the owners in all four transactions. Greg Frisoli of NKF represented Amherst Pierpont in its 2,392 square-foot lease, Cushman & Wakefield’s John Altieri represented DXT Commodities in its 3,496 square-foot lease and Six One Commodities was represented in-house on its 1,608 square-foot lease. Jay Hruska of Cushman & Wakefield represented G3 Architects in their renewal.

“One Dock Street continues to be at the intersection of practicality and innovation,” said McDermott, in prepared remarks. … The building also features on-site security, a full-service café with eating area, newly renovated common corridors and bathrooms.”

After purchasing 80 acres in Stamford ten years ago, Building and Land Technology is in the process of building a $3.5 billion mixed-use development that will include 3,000 multifamily units and public waterfront access.
