NKF arranged the sale of a 103,241-square-foot building in Woodbridge, Ill., which features approximately 65 percent office, 20 percent laboratory and 15 percent warehouse space. The team of brokers representing the seller was made up of NKF’s Senior Managing Directors Corey Chase and Jeff Miller along with Executive Managing Director Sean Fulp and Associate Director Mark Schuessler.

Room for Growth

Built in 2000 on more than 14 acres of land, the property can still accommodate a future expansion or redevelopment. Some of its features include 18-foot ceiling heights, ESFR sprinklers, two exterior loading docks and 299 parking spaces. 75,272 square feet of space are currently leased by Elevance Renewable Sciences Inc., a chemicals company specialized in bio-based products.

Located at 2501 W. Davey Road, in the southwest suburb of Woodridge, the building is part of the Interstate 55 corridor submarket. It is approximately 25 miles from Midway International Airport and less than 35 miles from downtown Chicago.

NKF is currently marketing another mixed-use property of more than 3.3 million square feet—Viking Lakes— in Eagan, Minn.
