NKF Adds Market Veteran in Los Angeles

Jim Linn, Executive Managing Director, NKF

NKF has selected Jim Linn as executive managing director. Working together with Executive Managing Director Bret Hardy, along with Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets Kevin Shannon’s team, Linn will focus on industrial capital markets.

Prior to joining the company, Linn was a founding partner & president of Talos Capital for the western region, an industrial national investment firm. During his time with Talos, the firm concluded more than $15 billion-worth of industrial transactions across 20 states. Previously, Linn was a western regional senior vice president with CenterPoint Properties Trust.

Linn’s track record also includes roles with the former Grubb & Ellis as senior vice president of Industrial Presidents Council and associate vice president with Schneider Commercial Real Estate.

The addition of Linn follows NKF’s appointment of another industry veteran in December 2018.
