After adding Stephanie Marino to the Atlanta Newmark Knight Frank team, the hotel investment sales group for its national hospitality advisory practice tapped Keith Worsham as its new senior managing director.

In his new position, Worsham will focus on advisory services, dispositions and debt financing for hotel and leisure properties including full-service, boutique, luxury, resort and select-service properties, as well as mixed-use and golf courses.

Before NKF, Worsham was the senior director at Ten-X, where he helped grow the firm’s Private Client Group to more than $2.2 billion in hotel transactions. Before that, he served as the director of franchise sales and development for Accor Hotel’s Red Roof Inn and Cendant Corp., where he signed more than 170 franchise agreements and generated more than $120 million in annual revenue combined. Worsham also founded the Wesley Hotel Group in 2003 with Wayne McAteer, which developed, owned and operated hotels for institutional and private clients.

“Keith’s wealth of knowledge, diversified experience, relationships and successful track record in the hotel industry make him a great fit for our group,” said B.J. Patel, senior managing director at NKF’s Hotels practice, in prepared remarks. “This, coupled with his tenacious personality, will further increase the momentum of our hotel advisory group across the Southeast and nation.”
