NAI Partners Hires New VP

As vice president of asset management, John Nolan will oversee the entire NAI Investment Fund portfolio from the company’s Houston office.

NAI Partners Investment Fund has hired John Nolan as vice president of asset management in Houston. In his new position, Nolan will supervise the overall NAI Investment Fund portfolio and coordinate the execution of the company’s business plan and investment strategy for each asset in order to maximize investor value.

Prior to joining NAI Partners, Nolan has spent seven years at Weingarten Realty Investors as joint venture asset manager for large partnerships with institutional investors. Before that, he worked at a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm in Houston. There, Nolan was responsible for the valuation of institutional investment properties nationwide, including shopping centers, office, industrial, multifamily, single-tenant net-lease and land. His previous experience also includes four years at Marcus & Millichap, where he served as multifamily broker and regional loan officer.

Nolan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a real estate emphasis from Texas Christian University.
