NAI Hiffman Appoints Ted Staszak as SVP
During a 20-year career, the industrial property specialist has completed 500-plus transactions valued at $8 billion. He brings deep experience in major Midwestern markets to his new role.

Ted Staszak has joined NAI Hiffman as senior vice president of capital markets. He will work together with Senior Vice President Pat Sullivan and will be responsible for expanding the firm’s industrial platform and providing full-service solutions for its clients.

Staszak brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, partnership transfers, joint ventures and project management. His focus has been on the markets in Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus and Cincinnati, having completed more than 500 transactions nationwide totaling more than $8 billion. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Staszak was an executive vice president with CBRE.

Throughout the span of his career, Staszak has worked for such clients as CenterPoint Properties, Duke Realty, High Street Realty, Prologis and TA Realty. He is a Notre Dame University graduate and a vice president and board member of the Oak Park Education Foundation.
