MCR Completes Baltimore Hotel Makeover

Baltimore—MCR Development LLC completed the renovation of the 131-key Residence Inn by Marriott Arundel Mills BWI Airport, a select-service hotel located mere minutes away from Baltimore’s key business and leisure demand generators.

Conveniently situated just off the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, the hotel features fully revamped guest rooms and bathrooms with updated fixtures, furniture, flooring and décor, complementing the enhancements to the lobby and corridors completed by MCR in 2015.
