Karr Self Storage Group of Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of More Space Storage Center, a 92,562-square-foot property in Odessa, Texas. Senior Vice President Brandon Karr represented the seller, a private investor, and procured the buyer, a limited liability company.
More Space Storage Center occupies nearly 5 acres at 6501 E. 20 Business near the intersection of major roads such as Freeway 338 and Interstate 20. The storage facility is situated right across the street from the 300-unit Madison Square Apartment Homes and roughly 2 miles from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
Developed in 2014, the eight-building facility encompasses 611 storage units ranging between 25 and 750 square feet. Property characteristics include gated entry, drive-up access, climate control, parking and RV Parking spaces. Additional services provided are on-site management, truck rental options and 24-hour access.
Earlier in October, Marcus & Millichap’s Forth Worth-based Karr Self Storage Group brokered the sale of an 88,800-square-foot asset in Mineola, Texas.
