Law firm Husch Blackwell is relocating its Dallas office to 1900 Pearl, a newly built tower in downtown Dallas. The firm will move from the Trammell Crow Center in mid-December.

The property was completed earlier this year and is situated in the heart of the Central Business District. The 25-story, Class A asset is located at 1900 N. Pearl St. and has a total of 260,326 square feet including first-floor retail. According to Yardi Matrix, Goldman Sachs Asset Management owns the building, while Lincoln Property Co. serves as the property manager. The developer secured a $60.4 million construction loan from Regions Bank in 2015 that matures in June 2019.

Husch Blackwell’s new offices will have sustainable features such as smart-office design, energy efficiency and technologies that assist in reducing paper use and waste. Employees will have access to on-site parking, contemporary workspaces, a workout facility and lounge space. The property features a parking garage with 754 spaces.

Last month, an investment banking firm relocated its Dallas headquarters to CityLine, one of the city’s largest mixed-use developments. JLL negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
