Kennedy Wilson Names New President

International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson, named Ed Sachse president of the company’s commercial brokerage and property management division. Since seven year ago, Sachse has served as the executive managing director of the firm’s brokerage operations, leading a national team of agents under the Kennedy Wilson Properties banner. 

“With tens of millions of commercial square feet under management combined with hundreds of millions of dollars in brokerage transactions, I am honored to take an already driven and entrepreneurial team to the next level. We are focused on adding value and creating operating efficiencies for each client,” said Sachse, in a prepared statement.  

Previous experience  

For 17 years, Sachse was the founder and president of Sachse Real Estate Co. in Beverly Hills, Calif., a full-service real estate firm specializing in commercial brokerage and property management. In 2010, Kennedy Wilson purchased his company. With almost three decades of real estate experience, he has completed more than $2 billion of real estate transactions.

Currently, Sachse serves on the U.S. Bank Advisory Board in Los Angeles as well as the president of the Los Angeles Real Estate Council for the City of Hope, which has more than $22 million for cancer research and new life saving treatments.

Kennedy Wilson Properties offers brokerage and property management to third party clients throughout the country. The division is headquartered in Los Angeles, with regional offices in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as Seattle, Chicago and Austin, Texas.
