JLL Hires New VP in Houston

Bryant Lach is the 2017 winner of NAIOP’s Office Rising Star award. He brings more than five years of real estate experience to his new position.

JLL has appointed Bryant Lach as the new vice president of the office tenant representation team in Houston.

Lach brings more than five years of real estate experience, during which time he has represented a broad range of clients from the law, energy, engineering, aerospace, government, financial services and technology sectors. Prior to joining JLL, he held the position of assistant director at Savills Studley, where he specialized in office tenant representation. In 2017, Lach received NAIOP’s Office Rising Star award. He is an active member of the real estate and broader Houston community, and is also involved with NAIOP Houston, Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill Houston Young Professionals.

“Bryant has quickly built a reputation as a market expert, effective negotiator and skilled financial strategist,” said Ronnie Deyo, executive vice president and office tenant representation lead at JLL, in a prepared statement.

Lach holds a bachelor of science in sports management from Texas A&M University.
