Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has brokered the sale of Banner Health Center, a medical office building in Phoenix, on behalf of an Inland affiliate. The recently built property is located at 4375 E. Irma Lane and features 29,350 square feet of Class A medical office space, with 30 exam rooms.

Banner Health, the largest private employer in Arizona, is the only tenant of the entire building. The property provides easy access to North Tatum Boulevard as well as Pima and Piestewa freeways. Sagewood, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Pinnacle High School, JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa and Mayo Clinic Hospital are all located nearby. Banner Health Center provides medical care to approximately 205,000 residents within a 5-mile radius.

“The property’s ideal location, newer construction and long-term medical tenant made this transaction a prime example of the type of medical office properties we continue to seek and acquire,” said Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Senior Vice President Sharon Anderson-Cox, in a prepared statement.

Anderson-Cox arranged the transaction with the help of Vice President & Associate Counsel David Neboyskey. At the end of January, Neboyskey and Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Senior Vice President Matthew Tice arranged the acquisition of a 29,702-square-foot medical office building in Salt Lake City.
