Hogan Assessments to Build $15M New Headquarters in Tulsa

Hogan Assessment Systems Inc. has broken ground on a $15 million headquarters at the northeast corner of First Street and Greenwood Avenue in Tulsa. The personality testing firm will move to the 35,000-square-foot building next summer, according to the Tulsa World, Hogan’s current headquarters is located at 2622 E. 21st Street.

Designed by Tulsa-based Selser Schaefer Architects of Tulsa, the building will incorporate a blend of historic and modern elements. One side will reflect the city’s industrial heritage, while the other will pay homage to the historic architecture of the Greenwood District.

Hogan’s new headquarters will feature a green roof and 70 geothermal wells, ample meeting space, and a rooftop patio with a catering kitchen, among other amenities. Ted Osgood of the American Commercial Group is the developer of record, while Flintco is supervising construction.

“When we set out to design a new headquarters, we wanted something that would be more than a place to put our growing staff,” Hogan COO Aaron Tracy said. “We wanted to build something of architectural significance that would anchor the east end of downtown.”

The project is slated for completion in August 2015, and Hogan Assessments will be the building’s sole occupant.
