Hines JV to Develop 250 KSF Phoenix Office Asset

Offices at Chandler Viridian will be an addition to the 25-acre mixed-use Chandler Viridian master plan development. Construction is set to begin in the second half of 2017 and is slated for completion in late 2018.

Hines and New York Life Real Estate Investors have partnered to develop the Offices at Chandler Viridian, a six-story, Class A office building located at the intersection of Loop 101 and Loop 202 in the Phoenix submarket of Chandler, Ariz. Construction is set to begin in the second half of 2017 and is slated for completion in late 2018. 

Master Plan Component

The 250,000-square-foot Offices at Chandler Viridian will be an addition to the 25-acre mixed-use Chandler Viridian master plan development. The project will include a Cambria Hotel & Suites, retail at Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE, a dog park, Broadstone Fashion Center luxury apartments, a pedestrian promenade to the Chandler Fashion Center mall, a jogging trail connecting all of the properties and a public plaza with Wi-Fi. 

Whiting Turner will serve as the project’s general contractor, while Jerry Roberts and Patrick Boyle of CBRE will handle leasing for the building.
