Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate has relocated its headquarters to Los Angeles from Santa Fe, N.M. The firm signed a long-term lease at 2000 Avenue of the Stars. According to Yardi Matrix data, JP Morgan Asset Management owns the iconic 816,615-square-foot office building and CBRE manages it.

Located at 2000 Ave. of the Stars in Century City, the office building is part of the city’s business district, just off Freeway 2, approximately 11 miles from downtown Los Angeles. The 2006-built asset is LEED Gold certified and features controlled access and more than 1900 parking spaces. Gemini Rosemont will continue to use its Santa Fe office to support the company’s Los Angeles and regional offices. The company had been based in Santa Fe since its inception in 1992.

“We’re entering the next phase of our multipronged initiative to acquire Class A assets in the office sector in targeted, tech-centric coastal and gateway markets, and opportunistically in select target markets across the U.S.,” said Ian Brownlow, chief executive officer at Gemini Rosemont, in prepared remarks.
