Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment company, is relocating its Nashville office to The Pinnacle at Symphony Place, a 519,622-square-foot, Class A+ office tower in downtown Nashville, Tenn. The company, currently located in the city’s Cool Springs district, will occupy its new space on Dec. 1st.

Completed in 2010, The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is LEED Gold certified and ENERGY STAR rated. It features a wide amenity base, including a fitness center, express mail drop box, on-site banking, one-acre roof garden with seating, café, bike storage and a sundry shop. Additionally, tenants enjoy access to the pedestrian bridge from the parking garage.

Expansion plans

The move comes as Foundry Commercial prepares to double the size of its current regional team, led by Vice President Jason Holwerda, by spring of 2018. The firm will occupy 3,000 square feet within the 29-story building at 150 3rd Ave. South, in the city’s South of Broadway district. Foundry’s current office is located at 9045 Carothers Parkway in Franklin, Tenn. Earlier this year, Foundry negotiated an approximately 14,000-square-foot lease at the Waverly master-planned community spanning 90 acres in southern Charlotte, N.C.

“Relocating to The Pinnacle not only allows us to recruit talent that is more centrally located to meet our clients’ needs, but it also gives us the opportunity and flexibility to serve a much larger area,” said Holwerda, in a prepared statement.

The move will provide Foundry Commercial with a more central location for quick client access, while the open and collaborative space will serve as a hub for both clients and associates. The new location places Foundry within 15 minutes of Nashville International Airport, making the office more accessible to out-of-town clients.
