The property features frontage on Sam Houston Tollway as well as easy access to Northwest Freeway and Interstate 10. George Bush Intercontinental Airport is 20 miles away. According to Yardi Matrix data, the three-story asset was built in 2013 on an 8.4-acre parcel and has 754 parking spaces. Currently, the building is 100 percent occupied.

TCS Managing Director Doug Little and Vice President Louann Pereira provided leasing services on behalf of the owner, while CBRE’s Jeff Cairns, Bill Boyer and Steve Hesse represented the tenant.
