Dual-Branded Charlotte Hilton Breaks Ground
The 219-key Hampton Inn & Suites/Tru by Hilton Charlotte Airport Lakepointe is expected to open in December of 2018.

Hilton broke ground on a new Tru by Hilton/Hampton by Hilton dual-branded property in Charlotte, N.C. This marks the latest addition to Tru by Hilton’s list of growing dual-brand hotels, which is currently 12.8 percent of the brand’s deal. The property is owned by Naman Hotels.Â
The 219-key hotel will feature 107 rooms for Tru and 112 for Hampton. The building will have two separate lobbies and dining areas, each catering to specific hotel guests. Located at 2227 Cascade Pointe Blvd., the Hampton Inn & Suites/Tru by Hilton Charlotte Airport Lakepointe is expected to open in December of 2018.Â
