C&W Affiliate Brokers Retail Portfolio Sale in San Antonio

Two Arlan’s Market-anchored shopping centers were scooped up by a Texas-based investor.

Arlans PortfolioSan Antonio—San Antonio Commercial Advisors, an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, announced its sale of two grocery-anchored shopping centers in San Antonio.

One of the properties is located at 3614 Pleasanton Road, near the intersection of Pleasanton Road and E. Formosa Boulevard. It totals 30,675 rentable square feet on 2.9 acres. The second property is located at 340 Enrique Barrera Parkway, with access and visibility at the intersection of Enrique Barrera Parkway and SW 34th Street. It consists of 50,240 rentable square feet on almost 4.3 acres. Both properties are anchored by Arlan’s Market and Family Dollar.

Bradley Suttle of SACA negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, 2ML Real Estate Interests Inc., and procured the buyer, a Texas-based investment group.
