Colliers Closes 5 Leases at MA Office Asset
The company inked leases with Axis Promotions, CGI, Mortgage Network, Caras & Shulman and AAM 15 Mgmt, working on behalf of Duffy Properties. The 201,330-square-foot 78 Blanchard building in Burlington, Mass., is down to 15,000 square feet of vacant space.

Duffy Properties inked five new tenants at its 78 Blanchard Road property, a Class A office asset in Burlington, Mass. Colliers International’s Vice President Jason Rexinis, President Jim Elcock, Executive Vice President John Carroll III, Senior Vice President Bill Lynch and Associate Nora Smith represented Duffy Properties in the lease transactions.Â
The 201,330-square-foot, five-story property offers suite sizes ranging from 3,300 to 11,600 square feet. The new tenants are Axis Promotions, CGI, Mortgage Network, Caras & Shulman and AAM 15 Mgmt. Duffy and Colliers have worked together to bring the vacancy down to one 15,000-square-foot portion. The building is located within the larger Blanchard Woods campus and features a cafeteria with an outdoor patio and a fitness center with lockers and showers.Â
“We credit Duffy Properties for its proactive and aggressive approach to making deals and look forward to bringing 78 Blanchard to full occupancy,” said Rexinis, in prepared remarks.Â
Colliers International recently appointed Jessica Sawyer, a former employee, as executive vice president of operations. She will be based in Boston.
