Cabot Properties has teamed up with Stream Realty Partners to construct a phase of Frisco Park 25, a master-planned business park in Frisco, Texas.

Cabot acquired about 10 acres within the business park from Frisco Economic Development Corp. (FEDC) to build the 160,000-square-foot project. The building, which recently broke ground, is scheduled for completion by mid-year. PowerSecure Lighting will anchor this phase of the project with its new, 75,000-square-foot headquarters lease.

Located at the northwestern corner of Preston Road and Rockhill Parkway, the development will be part of a 14-building campus sitting on 216 acres. The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary site last October. FEDC estimates that the project will incorporate nearly 2.2 million square feet of space valued at more than $300 million.

Stream’s Cannon Green and Bob Hagewood will oversee leasing and management of the 160,000-square-foot phase.

Last year, Cabot Properties sold a large multi-state industrial portfolio to DRA Advisors for more than $1 billion.
