Binswanger Brokers Sale of 136 KSF Industrial Facility in NC
Eastman distributor EZ-Flo International Inc. purchased the single-story property in Kinston from H&H Warehouse Corp. The company plans to use the space for distribution and warehousing.

Binswanger facilitated the sale of a single-story, 136,296-square-foot industrial facility covering almost 12 acres in Kinston, N.C. The company worked on behalf of H&H Warehouse Corp., the property’s seller. EZ-Flo International Inc., a distributor of Eastman premium plumbing products, acquired the asset.
Located at 206 US Highway 58 South, the two-building property is approximately one quarter of a mile south of Highway 70. The Kinston Commercial Airport is roughly 20 minutes west of the site. EZ-Flo International Inc., which sells products to retail and other licensed resellers, plans to use the facility for distribution and warehousing.
“We are very excited to have this new facility added to our warehousing footprint. The additional capacity will greatly benefit to our continued growth as a company and the servicing of our customers. The facility will provide materials to some of our largest customers as well as providing crossdocking capacity for other warehouses in the region,” said EZ-Flo International Inc. Director of Operations Jerry Carter, in prepared remarks.
Doug Faris, senior vice president in Binswanger’s Charlotte, N.C., office handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.
