Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) topped out WatchGuard Video’s corporate headquarters in Allen, Texas. The two-story office building is designed by GFF, while AP serves as general contractor. The 140,000-square-foot office building is scheduled for completion in April 2018.

Located at 420 E. Exchange Parkway, the property will offer easy access to and from North Central Expressway. The asset will also sit within walking distance of multiple dining and shopping options, including Italian Villa, The Village at Allen and Fairview Town Center. The property will feature a fitness center, a high-tech engineering laboratory and, on the first floor, a manufacturing facility. The upcoming headquarters will have the capacity to accommodate up to 500 employees. According to Yardi Matrix data, WatchGuard Video is also considering a 60,000-square-foot second phase.

AP topped off the asset a few months after Vestar acquired Twin Creeks Marketplace, a 43,000-square-foot neighborhood center, less than three miles away.
