    Currently the sort capability is lacking or I don’t understand. If you don’t hit the right city…..the property doesn’t come up. Not real helpful for DE commercial market.

    Currently no map capability. Not competitive. Are you working on this capability? I am part of an organization (Commercial Industrial Realty Council) here in Wilmington and I would like to promote your product in our group but at this point it is tough to make the pitch given recent lack of reliability, and capability.

    Still, all that being said…..I think a Realtor Exclusive data base is a worthwhile concept. I would love to hear you current plans. Why is this taking so long?

      You are right Dan, at this time, does not have the same search and display that was available on The good news is we are working diligently with to create an environment where both commercial real estate professionals can effectively market their listings and commercial real estate investors can easily find properties. We are excited that you are ready to pitch the use of and to your organization and anxious to make the improvements that will give you the confidence to do so. You will see some improvements in the short-term (Q1); other improvements will take additional time (through Q3).
