New York-based real estate company Koeppel Rosen recently announced the closing of two new office leases at 39 W. 19th St. in New York City.<\/p>\n

Located in the Flatiron neighborhood, the two new deals total a little more than 23,000 square feet of Manhattan office space<\/a> and are evenly split across two floors in the building.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re pleased to announce the latest leasing activity at 39 West 19th<\/sup> Street,\u201d said Max Koeppel, director of leasing at Koeppel Rosen. \u201cExpanscience Laboratories and Congregation Emanu-El of the City of New York were each looking for new spaces that would support their growing operations. The building\u2019s spacious floor plans and central location was an ideal fit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Expanscience Laboratories, Inc. \u2014 the U.S. subsidiary of French pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics company Laboratoires Expanscience \u2014 has signed on to occupy the entire 10th<\/sup> floor, roughly 11,500 square feet.<\/p>\n

The other tenant newly added to the roster is the Congregation Emanu-El of the City of New York, a historic Reform Jewish congregation that will occupy the entire second floor, also approximately 11,500 square feet.<\/p>\n

The existing list of tenants at the property includes Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects, LLP; Chilewich Sultan LLC; and Urban Arts Partnership.<\/p>\n

Incorporating nearly 128,700 rentable square feet across 12 stories, the building at 39 W. 19th<\/sup> St. features distinctive design elements, such as a pronounced cornice and decorative exterior elements, including dentil molding, a Greek key pattern, and egg and dart molding.<\/p>\n

The property\u2019s location at the intersection of Flatiron, Gramercy, and Chelsea \u2014 three vibrant New York City neighborhoods \u2014 places tenants within convenient proximity to a variety of amenities, restaurants, services, and attractions.<\/p>\n

Notable green spaces such as Madison Square Park, Gramercy Park, and Union Square Park are only a short walk away, and the building is easily accessible via a number of subway, commuter rail, bus, and CitiBike routes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
