Trammell Crow Company, a CBRE Group subsidiary, is the developer.<\/p>\n<p>Consolidated Supply has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1928 and operates 22 branch locations across Oregon, Washington and Idaho. The Woodland building will expand the company\u2019s distribution capacity as it scales service to plumbers, utility contractors and municipalities throughout the region. The company also operates The Fixture Gallery, a series of decorative plumbing showrooms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConsolidated Supply Co. has a long history of investing in the region we serve, and this new location in Woodland reflects our continued commitment to the Pacific Northwest,\u201d said Karla Neupert Hockley, chairman and CEO of Consolidated Supply Co. \u201cExpanding our distribution footprint allows us to improve service levels, streamline logistics and enhance the extraordinary service our customers expect from us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lease is the first major signing at Woodland Industrial Park, a 66-acre, 931,186-square-foot speculative project that brings the development to roughly 30% leased ahead of its anticipated fall 2026 completion. The deal stands out at a time when speculative industrial development has slowed nationally with developers facing softer absorption and rising vacancy across many markets.
