This marks Thompson Thrift Retail Group\u2019s first development in Maricopa \u2014 a thriving, fast-growing suburban city just 35 miles south of Phoenix. The company\u2019s 2021 southwest pipeline is slated to deliver more than $120 million in volume across the Phoenix metro, with current plans including projects in Glendale, Tempe, Peoria, Mesa, Tucson and Casa Grande.<\/p>\n
