Convene \u2014 a global operator of flexible meeting, event and shared office spaces \u2014 recently unveiled Venue 42 by Convene, a new flexible meeting and conference center located at 5 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. The center will occupy 30,000 square feet of the Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed building, which is leased long-term to RXR Realty.<\/p>\n

Branded as an upscale lifestyle hospitality operator, Convene plans to open the conference center to benefit from the flight to quality and on-demand conferencing services that currently define the industry. As office tenants seek leeway, flexible event and conference spaces gain more significance alongside full-fledged coworking offices. Accordingly, Venue 42 will include nine meeting rooms \u2014 the largest of which can hold up to 240 people \u2014 that are customizable for a wide array of events.
