A coworking space is set to open on Seventh Avenue in the Garment District, according to Commercial Observer.<\/em><\/p>\n

Branded Artishouse,<\/strong> the coworking space in Manhattan<\/a>\u00a0is tailored for artists and creatives, with the aim to integrate coworking\u2019s collaborative nature with the creativity of an artist studio.<\/p>\n

Signing for 2,950 square feet, Artishouse has set up its coworking studio on the fourth floor of 526 Seventh Ave., an office building owned by Sutton Garret Realty Associates.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis exceptional space offers excellent natural light, direct elevator exposure, and the advantage of being a corner and full-floor unit,\u201d Landlord Broker Mark Gindi of MJ Property Group\u00a0said. \u201cWith its thoughtful design and prime location, I am confident that Artishouse will flourish as a collaborative studio space for networking, learning, and creative collaboration among artists and creatives.\u201d<\/p>\n

The workspace itself will provide members with Wi-Fi, easels, seating, and security storage, as well as access to the common areas and kitchen.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur amazing, 3,000-square-foot space will be divided into workstations and will provide a luxurious environment for our members to develop their artistic style and influence the creative world around them,\u201d said Artishouse Founder, Matthew Perlman. \u201cArtishouse remains a one-stop-shop for artists in New York dedicated to giving back to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the Artishouse website, membership options are offered across three tiers and vary between $395 and $925 per month, depending on the number of days per week a member might wish to utilize the space. Additionally, the flexible option of a day pass is also available.<\/p>\n

Situated between West 38th and West 39th streets, the 10-story office block was constructed almost 100 years ago. Additional tenants include the likes of Baked by Melissa and PresiDental Care.<\/p>\n
