Real estate investment trust IQHQ, Inc. recently announced that phase two of its Innovation Park development in Andover, Mass., is now at full occupancy. This follows the signing of a long-term lease agreement with vertically integrated, clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company AdvanCell, in what was reportedly one of the largest life science leases in Greater Boston this year.

The lease is for the entire 1 Corporate Drive building, which incorporates roughly 128,200 square feet of suburban Boston office space and places the newest addition to the tenant roster in one of the country’s premier life science and advanced manufacturing campuses.

Situated within an established and growing life science manufacturing corridor, companies operating at IQHQ’s Innovation Park can draw well-trained talent from both the Greater Boston area, as well as from Southern New Hampshire.

In addition to requisite infrastructure and about 340,000 square feet of life sciences space, Innovation Park includes best-in-class amenities such as a full-service café and coffee bar, a high-end fitness center with locker rooms, large communal conferencing, EV charging, bicycle storage, and 24/7 facility management and security.
