Minneapolis-based Onward Investors recently announced the acquisition of a two-building office park in the North Atlanta submarket of Alpharetta, Ga.

“We are thrilled to formally take ownership of 800 and 900 North Point Parkway, two standout assets in Alpharetta that are well-positioned to benefit from the continued growth of one of metro Atlanta’s most desirable markets,” said Jon Lanners, managing partner and chief investment officer at Onward Investors.

Reportedly 45% leased at the time of acquisition, the park-like property offers a diverse range of suites that can accommodate tenants of varying sizes, in addition to a collection of amenities that include a recently reimagined courtyard, a tenant lounge, and a conference center.

Located just north of the GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway interchange, the property offers more than 300,000 square feet of class A suburban Atlanta office space that’s conveniently close to all that the Alpharetta area has to offer.

Completed in 1992, the four-story building at 800 North Point Parkway underwent a renovation program in 2019. The building incorporates more than 173,000 square feet of rentable office space and features floor plates spanning 43,200 square feet.

Similarly, the building at 900 North Point Parkway was originally built in 1992 and went through two renovation programs in 2017 and in 2019. Rising three stories with 43,216-square-foot floorplates, the building includes a retail component on the first floor, while the second and third levels are fully office space.

Onward Investors took ownership of 800 and 900 North Point after acquiring the senior loan that was secured by the property in October 2025.
